Summertime Shenanigans

Woooo whee! I don’t know about you, but it’s already been an action-packed summer over here in my corner of the world.

After not having seen my family for over 3 years (I last saw them mid-March 2020, literally days before shelter-in-place started), I made the trek with my boyfriend to Alabama to be reunited with my parents, sister, brother-in-law, uncles, aunt, cousins—all my favorite people!

Some of us got matching t-shirts…

I got my Waffle House fix…

We baked in the sun at the beach…

And now I’m back in Northern California doing my thang.

It feels great to be home. I live in a summer-weather paradise. It never gets hotter than 76. The sun is warm but never scorching. There’s a constant breeze. And it’s still light outside after 9pm.

There are makers markets and artisan fairs every week. Concerts, festivals, and parties galore.

I’m supporting my boyfriend and his business Excelsior Pop Culture host a vendor table every week at the Eureka Night Market.

So you can buy your collector’s Rocky Horror fold-out poster from 1978!

What summer fun are you having?

I have a couple exciting updates to share with you…

My latest article in Tiny Buddha is out now! Learn how to stop catastrophizing by rewiring your own brain. Yes please!

I’m offering a new workshop, “Deprogramming People-Pleasing: Reclaim Your Power and Live Life on Your Terms!” throughout the summer and fall. Hell yes!

There is lots more to come! If you’re not on my mailing list, please join so you can get some extra lovin’ in your inbox and stay in-the-known on my special offers.
